8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No output voltage / Inverter not turning on | Loose battery connections, low battery voltage, overloaded, internal fuse blown. | Check and tighten battery connections. Charge battery. Reduce load. Contact customer support if fuse is suspected. |
| Overload alarm / Inverter shuts down | Connected appliance exceeds inverter's rated power. | Disconnect overloaded appliance. Reduce total load. Restart inverter. |
| Over-temperature alarm / Inverter shuts down | Poor ventilation, high ambient temperature, excessive load. | Ensure clear airflow around inverter. Move to cooler location. Reduce load. Allow unit to cool. |
| Low battery alarm | Battery voltage is too low. | Charge the battery immediately. Disconnect load to prevent deep discharge. |
| Remote control display not working | Loose cable connection, faulty remote/cable. | Check and secure the remote control cable connection. If issue persists, contact customer support. |
