3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation and Charging

The RC car uses a 1S Lipo battery. The remote control requires 3 AAA batteries or a 18650 lithium battery (not included).

  1. Car Battery: Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the car's charging port and a suitable USB power source. The car's battery offers approximately 150 minutes of life in standard mode, or 45 minutes in FPV mode (if FPV camera is used).
  2. Remote Control Battery: Insert 3 AAA batteries or one 18650 lithium battery into the remote control's battery compartment, observing correct polarity.

Important Note on Battery Care:

  • For optimal battery longevity, it is suggested to charge the car's polymer lithium battery at least once every six months, even during long-term storage.

3.2 Pairing the Remote Control

To establish a connection between the remote control and the car:

  1. Ensure both the car and the remote control have charged batteries.
  2. Turn on the remote control.
  3. Long press the power button located on the bottom of the car to switch the power supply on. The car's indicator lights will flash, indicating it is searching for a signal.
  4. Once connected, the car's lights will become solid, and you can begin operation.

4.3 Driving Capabilities

4.4 FPV Mode (Optional)

For an immersive driving experience, an FPV camera and FPV goggles can be purchased separately. The SNT Micro RC offers precise handling feedback with low latency when used with FPV goggles, allowing for real-time control without spatial limitations.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the car to remove dust, dirt, and debris from the chassis, wheels, and suspension components. Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals.
