Maintenance
1. Call Button Battery Replacement
The call button uses one CR2032 battery. When the button no longer lights up or the signal range decreases, it may be time to replace the battery. To replace the battery:
- Carefully open the call button casing using a small screwdriver or similar tool.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the casing securely.

2. Water Resistance
The call button is IP55 splash-proof, meaning it can withstand splashes of water and is suitable for use in environments like bathrooms. However, it is not designed to be immersed in water. Please remove the call button before bathing or showering to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
- No Sound from Receiver: Check the volume setting on the receiver. Ensure it is not set to 0dB (silent mode).
- Call Button Not Activating Receiver:
- Verify the call button's battery. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the call button is within the operational range of the receiver. Obstacles like thick walls can reduce range.
- Re-pair the call button with the receiver following the 'Pairing Call Buttons' instructions in the Setup section.
- Interference: If experiencing inconsistent performance, try relocating the receiver to a different outlet, away from large metal objects or other wireless devices that might cause interference.
