- Electrical Shock Hazard: Never operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all connections are dry and secure. Do not touch the generator with wet hands.
- Fire Hazard: Diesel fuel is flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator. Store fuel in approved containers.
- Hot Surfaces: The generator engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid touching hot surfaces to prevent burns.
- Grounding: Always properly ground the generator to prevent electrical shock. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the generator, especially during operation.
- Maintenance: Perform all maintenance as instructed in this manual. Disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance to prevent accidental starting.
