Thank you for purchasing the EternaHora EN8831 Projection Alarm Clock. This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new device. Please read this manual carefully before use and retain it for future reference.
Important Note: An AC adapter is not included. Please use a compatible 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included) to power the clock.

3. Product Overview
The EternaHora EN8831 is a versatile alarm clock featuring an 8-inch curved LED display, time projection, FM radio, dual alarms, snooze function, and a USB charging port. Familiarize yourself with the device's components and features.

4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
- Connect the provided USB cable to the DC 5V input port on the back of the alarm clock.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included) and then into a wall outlet.
- The clock display will light up, indicating successful power connection.
4.2 Memory Battery Installation (Pre-installed)
The clock comes with a pre-installed CR2032 coin cell battery. This battery serves as a backup to retain time and alarm settings during a power outage. No action is required for initial setup. If the battery needs replacement in the future, refer to the Maintenance section.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Time Setting
- Set Time: Press and hold the 'TIME SET' button (location may vary, typically on the back or top) until the hour digits flash. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the hour. Press 'TIME SET' again to confirm and move to minute adjustment. Repeat for minutes.
- 12/24 Hour Format: While the time is flashing during setup, press the '12/24H' button (or '+' button) to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display formats. The 'PM' indicator will light up for PM hours in 12-hour format.
5.2 Alarm Setting (Dual Alarms)
This clock supports two independent alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2).

- Set Alarm 1: Press and hold the 'ALARM 1' button until the hour digits flash. Use '+' or '-' to adjust the hour. Press 'ALARM 1' again to confirm and set minutes. Repeat for minutes.
- Set Alarm 2: Follow the same procedure using the 'ALARM 2' button.
- Alarm Sound: After setting the alarm time, press the 'ALARM' button repeatedly to cycle through alarm sound options (Buzzer, FM Radio, Off). The corresponding icon will light up.
- Alarm Volume: Adjust the alarm volume using the dedicated volume buttons (if available) or the '+' / '-' buttons during alarm sound selection. The volume can be set from level 0 to 10.
- Activate/Deactivate Alarm: Briefly press the 'ALARM 1' or 'ALARM 2' button to toggle the alarm on or off. The alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
5.3 Snooze Function
When an alarm sounds, press the large 'SNOOZE' button on top of the clock to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after the set snooze duration.

- Snooze Duration: The snooze duration is adjustable from 5 to 60 minutes. To set, press and hold the 'SNOOZE' button (or a dedicated snooze setting button) until the snooze time flashes, then use '+' or '-' to adjust.
- Stop Alarm: To turn off the alarm completely after it sounds, press any other button except 'SNOOZE'. The alarm will reset for the next day.
5.4 FM Radio
The clock features an integrated FM radio with automatic scanning and preset station memory.

- Turn On/Off Radio: Press the 'FM' or 'RADIO' button to turn the radio on or off.
- Auto Scan: Press and hold the 'FM' or 'SCAN' button to automatically scan and save available FM stations (76.0-108.0 MHz). Up to 15 stations can be preset.
- Change Stations: Briefly press the '+' or '-' buttons to cycle through saved preset stations.
- Adjust Volume: Use the 'VOL+' or 'VOL-' buttons to adjust the radio volume (0-10 levels).
- Sleep Timer: While the radio is playing, press the 'SLEEP' button repeatedly to set a sleep timer (5-90 minutes). The radio will automatically turn off after the set time.
5.5 Projection Function
Project the time onto your wall or ceiling for easy viewing.

- Activate Projection: In clock mode, press the 'PROJECTOR' button (or 'UP' button) to turn the projection on or off.
- Adjust Projection Angle: The projector lens can be rotated 180 degrees (-90° to 90°) to adjust the projection angle.
- Flip Projection: Long press the 'PROJECTOR' button (or 'UP' button) to flip the projected time display 180 degrees, ensuring correct orientation on the wall or ceiling.
- Focus: Rotate the focus ring on the projector lens to achieve a clear image. Optimal projection distance is up to 16.4 feet (5 meters).
5.6 Display Dimmer
Adjust the brightness of the main LED display to suit your preference.

- Adjust Brightness: Press the 'DIMMER' button (or a dedicated brightness button) repeatedly to cycle through 4 brightness levels: Bright, Medium, Dim, and Off.
- Auto Dimmer: The clock features a highly sensitive sensor that can automatically adjust the display brightness based on ambient light conditions.
5.7 USB Charging Port
A convenient USB output port is located on the back of the clock for charging external devices.

- Connect your smartphone, tablet, or other USB-powered device to the 5V output USB port on the back of the clock using your device's charging cable.
- The clock must be powered on for the USB charging port to function.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the clock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: If the memory battery (CR2032) needs replacement, carefully open the battery compartment on the bottom of the clock, remove the old battery, and insert a new CR2032 battery with the correct polarity.
- Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, disconnect it from power and remove the memory battery to prevent leakage.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Display/Clock Not Turning On: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the clock and a working power adapter, and the adapter is plugged into a live outlet.
- Time Not Retained After Power Outage: Check if the CR2032 memory battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
- Projection Unclear: Adjust the focus ring on the projector lens. Ensure the projection surface is within the optimal distance (up to 16.4 feet / 5 meters).
- FM Radio Reception Poor: Extend the antenna fully. Try repositioning the clock to improve signal reception.
- USB Charging Not Working: Ensure the clock is powered on. Verify your device's charging cable is functional.
- Alarm Not Sounding: Check if the alarm is activated (alarm icon visible on display) and the alarm volume is not set to 0.
