3. Setup and Assembly
The sauna features a tongue and groove design for quick assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Unpacking: Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list (refer to your separate assembly guide for a complete list).
- Base Placement: Place the sauna base on a flat, level surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the sauna for ventilation and access.
- Wall Assembly: Connect the side and back wall panels using the tongue and groove system. Secure them according to the assembly guide.
- Front Panel & Door: Install the front panel and door. Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly and seals properly.
- Bench Installation: Place the bench securely inside the sauna.
- Ceiling & Roof: Install the ceiling panel, ensuring all electrical connections for lights and speakers are properly made. Then, place the roof panel on top.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the sauna to a dedicated, grounded power outlet. Do not use extension cords.
- Initial Inspection: Before first use, inspect all connections and ensure the sauna is stable.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Operation
The sauna can be controlled via the internal panel or a smartphone application.

- Power On/Off: Press the power button on the control panel to turn the sauna on or off.

- Download & Install: Search for the "LTCCDSS Sauna" app in your device's app store and install it.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your sauna.
- Cleaning:
- Wipe down the interior wood surfaces with a damp cloth after each use.
- For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic wood cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Clean the glass door with a standard glass cleaner.
- Wood Care: The Canadian Hemlock wood is naturally resistant. Avoid using sealants or varnishes on the interior, as they can interfere with the wood's natural properties and off-gas harmful fumes when heated.
- Heater Panels: Do not touch the heating panels directly when the sauna is on. Keep them free from obstructions.
