Setup

Operating Instructions
The Sokany JE-651E is designed for efficient citrus juicing.
- Cut the citrus fruit (oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits) in half.
- Place one half of the fruit onto the juicing cone.
- Gently press down on the fruit with the pressure lever. The motor will activate automatically.
- Apply steady, even pressure to extract the juice.
- Release the pressure to stop the motor.
- Allow the juice to collect in the juice collector.
- Repeat the process for all fruit halves.
- Once juicing is complete, unplug the appliance.
- Pour the fresh juice from the spout into your desired glass or container.
Cleaning and Maintenance

- Always unplug the juicer before cleaning.
