What's in the Box
Your Tentsile Trillium Giant Hammock package includes the following components:
- 1 x Trillium 3 Person Hammock
- 3 x Heavy-duty Large ratchet buckles
- 3 x 6m / 19ft polyester straps
- 3 x 2m Blue Tree Wraps with Velcro
- 3 x Understorage Nets
- 1 x Hammock Bag

Setup Instructions
1. Site Selection
Choose three healthy, strong trees or other robust anchor points that form a triangle. Ensure the ground beneath the hammock is clear of sharp objects or debris. The recommended setup height is 1.2m / 4ft from the ground to the lowest point of the hammock.

2. Attaching Tree Wraps and Straps
Wrap the blue tree protectors around each tree trunk at your desired height. Thread one end of a 6m polyester strap through the loops of each tree wrap. Secure the strap around the tree, ensuring it is snug but not overly tight.

3. Connecting and Ratcheting
Connect each corner ring of the Trillium Hammock to the free end of a polyester strap using a heavy-duty ratchet buckle. Ensure the hammock is centered within the triangle formed by the trees. Begin to tighten each ratchet evenly, pulling the hammock taut and level. Adjust each strap incrementally to achieve balanced tension across all three points. The hammock should be firm but not over-tightened.

Operating Instructions
The Tentsile Trillium Hammock is designed for comfortable and stable use. It can support up to 3 adults or a maximum weight of 880 lbs.
Anti-Roll Strap System
The patented anti-roll system creates three separate bays within the hammock. This design balances weight differences and prevents occupants from rolling into the center or towards the heaviest person, ensuring individual comfort and stability.

Central Hatch
The hammock includes a central hatch, providing convenient access or an additional point for interaction within the hammock.

Underfloor Storage
Utilize the integrated mesh nets located in each corner beneath the hammock to keep your gear and personal items off the ground and easily accessible.

Maintenance and Storage
Packing Down
To pack down your Trillium Hammock, release the tension from the ratchets, detach the hammock from the straps, and fold it neatly into its carry bag. Ensure all components are clean and dry before storage.

Cleaning
Clean the hammock fabric with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow the hammock to air dry completely before packing it away. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
UV Exposure
The mesh fabric of the Trillium Hammock has a UV resistance rating of approximately 1,500 hours. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will degrade the fabric over time. To maximize the lifespan of your hammock, store it out of direct sunlight when not in use.
Troubleshooting
Small Holes in Mesh
If small holes appear in the mesh, they can often be repaired using a standard fabric patch kit or by carefully sewing the affected area. Avoid placing sharp objects directly on the hammock surface.
Uneven Tension
If the hammock feels uneven or sags in one area, re-adjust the ratchet buckles. Ensure that tension is applied evenly across all three anchor points. Small adjustments to each ratchet can significantly improve stability and comfort.
