Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Lnicez 850GPH Submersible Pump. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

Safety Instructions

  • Always disconnect the power supply before handling, installing, or performing maintenance on the pump.
  • Ensure the power outlet is properly grounded and protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
  • Do not operate the pump if the power cord or plug is damaged.
  • Do not run the pump dry. The built-in temperature control core will automatically cut off power if it runs dry to prevent burnout, but prolonged dry running should be avoided.
  • The pump is designed for water temperatures between 32℉ (0℃) and 95℉ (35℃). Do not use with liquids outside this range.
  • Keep children and pets away from the pump during operation.
  • This pump is intended for pumping clean water. Avoid pumping flammable, corrosive, or abrasive liquids.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your pump. Always unplug the pump before cleaning.

  1. Remove Water Filter Cover: Use a screwdriver to pry open the four snap points on the bottom of the pump to remove the water filter cover.
  2. Remove Water Leaf Cover: After removing the water filter cover, you will see a black snap-on water leaf cover. Use a screwdriver to remove it. Be careful not to break the point on the cover when taking it off.
  3. Remove Pump's Rotor: Once the water leaf cover is off, you will see the rotor, which consists of a magnet and a plastic impeller, a stainless steel shaft core, and two black silicone bushings. Carefully take these components out separately.
  4. Effective Cleaning: Use detergent to assist in cleaning visible stains and impurities. Pay special attention to cleaning the pump rotor catch and the water outlet.
  5. Reinstallation: After cleaning, follow these steps to reassemble the pump:
    • Install the rotor. Ensure the two black silicone bushings are aligned with their respective holes.
    • Install the water lobe cover and fix its location.
    • Install the water filter cover.
