Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided power adapter and USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the phone's Type-C port and the adapter to a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress.

2. SIM and TF Card Installation

The C20 Pro supports dual SIM cards and one TF (microSD) card for expandable storage up to 1TB. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the phone. Use the SIM ejector tool (not included, but typically comes with phones) to open the tray. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and TF card into the designated slots, ensuring correct orientation. Reinsert the tray firmly.

3. Initial Power On

Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the phone until the screen illuminates. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

4. Network Compatibility

This device is compatible with GSM, 3G WCDMA, 4G, and 5G networks. It is not compatible with CDMA networks. Supported operators include T-Mobile, BTC, MetroPCS, H2O, Movistar, Telcel, Tigo, Claro, Vivacom, Ultra Mobile, lycamobile, Tello Mobile, Bell Wireless, Rogers Wireless, Chatr, Luck Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Telus, Fido, FIZZ, and Shaw Mobile. Please note it may not work with new SIM cards from AT&T and Cricket Wireless carriers, and is not compatible with Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, or U.S. Cellular.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Navigation

The C20 Pro features a 6.8-inch FHD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth interaction. Navigate the Android 13 operating system using touch gestures: tap to select, swipe to scroll, pinch to zoom.

2. Unlocking Your Device

The phone supports multiple unlocking methods for enhanced security:

• Fingerprint Unlock: The device features an innovative screen fingerprint unlock. To set up, go to Settings > Security > Fingerprint. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your fingerprint.

• Face Recognition: The C20 Pro offers zero photosensitive face recognition. To set up, go to Settings > Security > Face Unlock. Ensure you are in a well-lit environment during setup.

• Pattern/PIN/Password: Standard Android unlocking methods are also available for backup.

3. Camera Usage

The phone is equipped with a 13MP front camera and a 48MP triple rear camera. Open the Camera application from your home screen or app drawer. Select between photo, video, and other modes. Tap the shutter button to capture images or start/stop video recording.

4. Storage Management

With 512GB of internal ROM and expandable storage up to 1TB via TF card, you have ample space for applications, photos, and videos. Regularly check your storage usage in Settings > Storage and consider moving large files to the TF card or cloud storage to maintain optimal performance.

5. Battery Management

The 6000mAh battery provides extended usage. To optimize battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unused connectivity features (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS), and close background applications. The phone supports Type-C fast charging.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the phone. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water.

2. Software Updates

Periodically check for system updates to ensure your phone has the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements. Go to Settings > System > System update to check for and install available updates.

3. Storage Optimization

• Device is Slow or Unresponsive:

  Try restarting the phone. If the issue persists, clear app caches, free up storage space, or consider a factory reset (back up your data first).

• Poor Camera Quality:

  Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from smudges. Check lighting conditions. If issues persist, try clearing the camera app's cache or data in Settings > Apps.

• Audio Issues (e.g., Echo during calls):

  Check the speaker and microphone for obstructions. Ensure volume levels are appropriate. If using a case, ensure it does not block audio components. Try restarting the device.
• Network Connectivity Problems:

  Verify that your SIM card is properly inserted and activated. Check your network settings (Settings > Network & internet). Ensure you are within a supported network area and your carrier is compatible with the device's frequency bands. Restart the phone or toggle Airplane Mode on/off.

• Battery Drains Quickly:

  Review battery usage in Settings > Battery to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background app refresh, and turn off Wi-Fi/Bluetooth when not in use.
