2. Safety Information

• Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation or maintenance.
• Use only the provided power adapter. Using an incompatible adapter may damage the product or pose a safety risk.
• Do not expose the power plug or controller to water. While the LED strips are IP67 waterproof, the power adapter and controller are not.
• Avoid bending the LED strips sharply, as this may damage the internal wiring.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1. Installation Steps

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
2. Connect Components: Connect the LED light strip to the controller, and then connect the controller to the power adapter.
3. Mount the Lights: The LED modules feature strong adhesive backing for direct application. For added security, use the provided mounting clips and screws, especially for outdoor or vertical installations.
4. Power On: Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.

1. Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the packaging or visit https://smartapp.tuya.com/tuyasmart to download the TUYA Smart app.
2. Enable Wi-Fi: Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The lights do not support 5 GHz networks.
3. Add Device: Open the TUYA Smart app, register or log in, and follow the in-app instructions to add your LED lights.
4. Start Control: Once connected, you can control the lights via the app.

4.1. Remote Control Operation

The remote control allows for quick adjustments to your lights. Point the remote directly at the light controller for optimal response.

• Power On/Off: Use the Power button.
• Color Selection: Press the colored buttons to change the light color.
• Brightness Adjustment: Use the Brightness Up/Down buttons.
• Mode Selection: Cycle through 44 dynamic modes (flash, fade, static) using the Mode+/- buttons.
• Speed Adjustment: Adjust the speed of dynamic modes using the Speed+/- buttons.
