Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and all components from the packaging.
- Attach Cover: Ensure the soft, washable polyester cover is properly fitted over the vinyl heating pad.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Moist Heat Preparation (Optional): If moist heat is desired, remove the sponge insert from the cover, dampen it with water (do not soak), and reinsert it into the cover before placing the pad on your body.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Locate the slide switch controller on the power cord. Slide the switch to either the 'Low' or 'High' position to turn on the heating pad. A red indicator light will illuminate.
- Select Heat Level: Choose between 'Low' for gentle warmth or 'High' for more intense heat.
- Application: Place the heating pad directly on the desired area of your body. Ensure the pad is not folded or crushed during use.
- Continuous Operation: This heating pad is designed to stay on continuously until manually switched off. There is no automatic shut-off feature.
- Power Off: When finished, slide the switch to the 'Off' position and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Vinyl Pad: The waterproof vinyl surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure the pad is unplugged and completely dry before storage or next use.
- Washing the Cover: The polyester cover is removable and machine-washable. Detach the cover from the heating pad, wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or iron.
- Drying the Sponge Insert: If used for moist heat, remove and dry the sponge insert thoroughly before storing to prevent mildew.

Troubleshooting
- Pad Not Heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional electrical outlet and the slide switch is set to either 'Low' or 'High'.
- Overheating: The heating pad is equipped with triple thermostats to prevent overheating. If the pad feels excessively hot, immediately turn it off and unplug it. Allow it to cool before attempting to use it again. If the issue persists, discontinue use.
- Damage: If the vinyl envelope is cracked, torn, or the power cord is damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
