Please read this manual carefully before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation, and keep it for future reference.
2. Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: Improper use can lead to serious injury!
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before assembly, disassembly, cleaning, or when not in use.
- The blade is extremely sharp. Handle with extreme care. Never touch the blade directly with your hands.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, and utensils away from the moving blade during operation.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not operate the slicer if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface during operation.
- Always use the food holder and finger guard when slicing to protect your hands.
- Do not slice frozen food, bones, or other non-food items.
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and check for any damage. Keep packaging for potential future transport or return.
- Placement: Place the slicer on a clean, dry, stable, and flat surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet provide secure standing.
- Assemble Components: Attach the sliding carriage, food holder, and collection tray if they are not already in place. Ensure they are securely fitted.
- Power Connection: Ensure the slicer's power switch is in the 'OFF' position. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).
5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Food: Ensure the food item you wish to slice is clean and free of any hard objects like bones.
- Adjust Slice Thickness: Use the thickness adjustment knob to set the desired slice thickness. The slicer allows for continuous adjustment up to approximately 23 mm. Turn the knob clockwise for thinner slices and counter-clockwise for thicker slices.
- Position Food: Place the food item firmly on the sliding carriage. Use the food holder/finger guard to secure the food against the carriage and protect your fingers from the blade.
- Start Slicing: Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position. The blade will begin to rotate.
- Slice: Gently push the sliding carriage towards the rotating blade, applying even pressure. The sliced food will fall onto the collection tray.
- Finish Slicing: Once slicing is complete, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing any remaining food or the collection tray.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
CAUTION: Always unplug the slicer before cleaning. The blade is extremely sharp.
- Unplug: Ensure the slicer is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Disassemble: Carefully remove the sliding carriage, food holder, and collection tray.
- Clean Removable Parts: The collection tray, sliding carriage, and food holder are removable for easy cleaning. Wash these parts by hand using warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Clean Blade: To clean the blade, carefully wipe it with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, the blade can be removed by following the instructions in the assembly section (if applicable, otherwise refer to manufacturer's guidelines for blade removal). Always use protective gloves when handling the blade.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit or the motor in water or any other liquid.
- Dry and Store: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the slicer. Store in a clean, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
