1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Power Connection

1. Connect the provided USB cable to the DC power port on the back of the alarm clock.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a 5V1A~5V2A USB power adapter (not included).
3. The clock display will illuminate.

4.2 Battery Backup

A CR2016 button battery is pre-installed to maintain time and settings during a power interruption. No user action is typically required for initial setup.

4.3 Placing the Bed Shaker

Connect the vibrator's cord to the designated port on the alarm clock. The 5-foot cord allows flexible placement. For optimal vibration, place the shaker:

• Under your pillow.
• Under your fitted sheet.
• Between your mattress and box spring.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Setting the Time

1. Press and hold the 'M' button (Mode) on the side of the clock until the hour digits begin to flash.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press 'M' again to switch to minute adjustment. Use '+' and '-' to set the minutes.
4. Press 'M' a third time to select 12-hour or 24-hour format. Use '+' or '-' to toggle.
5. Press 'M' once more or wait a few seconds for the setting to save automatically.

5.2 Setting the Alarm

1. Press the 'M' button once to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm icon will appear, and the alarm time will flash.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
3. Press 'M' again to switch to alarm minute adjustment. Use '+' and '-' to set the minutes.
4. Press 'M' a third time to select the alarm mode:
   • Buzzer: Alarm sounds.
   • Shaker: Bed shaker activates.
   • Buzzer + Shaker + Flashing Light: All three activate.
   Use '+' or '-' to cycle through the modes.
5. Press 'M' once more or wait a few seconds for the setting to save. The alarm icon will remain on the display, indicating the alarm is active.

5.3 Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, press the large 'SNOOZE' button on the top of the clock to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after the set snooze duration.

Adjusting Snooze Duration:

The snooze time can be adjusted from 5 to 60 minutes. Refer to the full instruction manual for specific steps on adjusting this setting, typically done within the alarm setting mode or a dedicated snooze setting mode.

5.4 Display Brightness and Night Light

The clock offers both manual and automatic brightness adjustment for its display, along with a night light function.

Manual Brightness Adjustment:

Press the '+' or '-' buttons (outside of setting modes) to cycle through the 3 manual brightness levels (L0, L1, L2, L3). L0 is the darkest setting.

Automatic Brightness Adjustment:

The clock features a light sensor that can automatically adjust the display brightness based on ambient light conditions. Consult the full manual for instructions on enabling/disabling auto-dimming.

Night Light Function:

The clock can also function as a night light, offering 4 levels of soft white light. Specific controls for the night light are detailed in the comprehensive manual.

5.5 USB Charging Ports

The clock is equipped with two USB charging ports on its side, allowing you to charge smartphones, tablets, or other USB-powered devices.

Simply connect your device's USB charging cable to one of the ports. The clock must be powered on for the USB charging ports to function.

6.1 Cleaning

To clean the clock, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the finish or display.

6.2 Battery Replacement (Memory Backup)

The CR2016 button battery provides backup power for time and settings. If the clock consistently loses time or settings after a power outage, the backup battery may need replacement. Refer to the full manual for instructions on safely replacing the CR2016 battery.

7. Troubleshooting

• Clock not powering on: Ensure the USB power cable is securely connected to both the clock and a functional power adapter. Verify the power outlet is active.
• Alarm not sounding/vibrating: Check that the alarm is set and activated (alarm icon visible). Ensure the correct alarm mode (buzzer, shaker, or both) is selected. Verify the bed shaker is properly connected.
• Display too dim/bright: Adjust the brightness manually using the '+' or '-' buttons. If auto-dimming is enabled, ensure the light sensor is not obstructed.
• Time/settings lost after power outage: The CR2016 backup battery may be depleted and require replacement.
• USB charging not working: Ensure the clock is powered on. Check the USB cable connecting your device to the clock. Try a different USB port or device.
