Setup

1. Setting Time and Date

3. Setting Dual Time Zone (T2)

1. From the Time mode, press the MODE button until you reach the Dual Time (T2) display.
2. Press and hold the RESET button until the hour digits start flashing.
3. Press the START button to adjust the hour.
4. Press the RESET button to move to the minute setting, then use the START button to adjust the minutes.
5. Press the MODE button to exit Dual Time Setting mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Stopwatch Function

1. From the Time mode, press the MODE button once to enter Stopwatch mode. The display will show 'ST' or '00:00:00'.
2. Press the START button to begin timing.
3. Press the START button again to pause timing.
4. Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to zero.
5. To record lap times, press the RESET button while the stopwatch is running. The lap time will display briefly, and the stopwatch will continue running in the background.
6. Press the MODE button to exit Stopwatch mode.

2. Countdown Timer Function

1. From the Time mode, press the MODE button twice to enter Countdown Timer mode. The display will show 'TR' or a set time.
2. To set the timer: Press and hold the RESET button until the hour digits flash. Use START to adjust the hour, then RESET to move to minutes, and START to adjust minutes. Press RESET again to set seconds.
3. Press the START button to begin the countdown.
4. Press the START button again to pause the countdown.
5. Press the RESET button to reset the timer to its preset value.
6. When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm will sound. Press any button to stop the alarm.
7. Press the MODE button to exit Countdown Timer mode.

3. Alarm Function

1. From the Time mode, press the MODE button three times to enter Alarm mode. The display will show 'AL' and the alarm time.
2. To set the alarm: Press and hold the RESET button until the hour digits flash. Use START to adjust the hour.
3. Press the RESET button to move to the minute setting, then use the START button to adjust the minutes.

4. Hourly Chime
