5. Operation

5.1 Igniting a Burner

  1. Push and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the maximum flame setting (large flame symbol).
  2. The integrated igniter will spark, lighting the gas.
  3. Hold the knob in for a few seconds after ignition to allow the safety device to activate.
  4. Release the knob. If the flame goes out, repeat the process.

5.2 Adjusting the Flame

Once the burner is lit, you can adjust the flame size by turning the control knob between the maximum and minimum flame settings. The minimum setting is indicated by a small flame symbol.

5.3 Turning Off a Burner

Turn the control knob clockwise until it clicks into the "off" position (dot symbol).

5.4 Wok Burner Usage

The central wok burner provides powerful heat up to 4.0 kW. Use a wok ring (if supplied or purchased separately) for optimal wok cooking. Ensure the wok is centered over the flame for even heating.

Before contacting service, check the following common issues:
