5. Setup and Charging

5.1 Initial Charging

1. Before first use, fully charge the device.
2. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the pump's charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. The battery indicator on the digital display will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will show a full battery.

The GPUTEK BG01 features four preset inflation modes for common applications, plus a custom mode:

• Mountain Bike / City Bike Mode: Typically ranges from 2-50 PSI.
• Road Bike Mode: Typically ranges from 50-150 PSI.
• Motorcycle Mode: Typically ranges from 0.1-3.7 BAR (approximately 1.5-54 PSI).
• Custom Mode: Allows manual setting of any pressure between 2-150 PSI.

To select a mode, press the mode button (often labeled with icons representing different vehicles) to cycle through the options. Once a mode is selected, the default preset pressure for that mode will appear. You can then fine-tune this pressure using the '+' and '-' buttons.
