The Luqeeg Film & Slide Scanner is designed to convert various film types into 12MP digital JPG photos. It features a 2MP CMOS sensor and a 2.0-inch screen for previewing scans.

4. Setup

  1. Power Connection: Connect the provided power cable to the Mini USB port on the scanner and to a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
  2. Insert Memory Card: Insert a compatible storage card (supports up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot on the scanner. Ensure it is inserted correctly.
  3. Power On: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn on the device. The screen will illuminate.

  1. Select Film Type: After powering on, press the Menu key to navigate through the options. Select the appropriate film size/type that matches your film (e.g., 135 film, 126KPK film, 110 film, Super 8 mm film, black and white negative, or slideshow).
  2. Insert Film Holder: Choose the correct film slot/holder for your film type from the included accessories. Carefully insert your film or slide into the holder.
  3. Load Film Holder: Insert the loaded film holder into the scanner's film slot.
  4. Preview Image: The scanner's screen will display a preview of your film/slide.
  5. Adjust Settings (Optional): Use the scanner's controls to adjust image effects such as Negative, Color, or Black & White, and optimize exposure if available.

  1. Scan and Save: Once satisfied with the preview and settings, press the 'OK' or 'Scan' button to capture the image. The scanned photo will be saved to the inserted storage card.

    • Connecting the scanner directly to your computer via the USB cable. The scanner will appear as a mass storage device, allowing you to access the saved JPG files.
