4.1 Required Tools

  • Drill and Drill Bits
  • Silicone Gun
  • Screwdriver / Electric Screwdriver
  • Measuring Cup
  • Spanner
  • Marking Pen

4.2 Installation Steps

  1. Install the T-junction and Angle Valve: Mark the centerline of the drain outlet on the ground. Install the inlet angle stop in the appropriate position on the wall according to the size of the toilet.
  2. Check Inlet Water Pressure: Connect the supply hose to the side of the angle stop, then open the angle stop and release water for 10 seconds. The amount of released water should exceed 2.5L to ensure the minimum water pressure for the product.
  3. Draw Line Along Cardboard Template: Place the cardboard template on the ground, locate the flange hole along the cardboard, then draw the outline to determine the position of the toilet.
  4. Install the Flange Plate: (Skip this step if flange plate is already installed). Use an auger tool to drill screw holes, place the flange according to the hole position and the floor drain, and lock the fixing bolts.
  5. Install Foundation Bolt: Assemble the mounting bracket with bolts, and then install them into the pre-installed flange plate on the ground and lock tight with nuts.
  6. Install the Toilet: Seal the flange ring into the toilet drain in advance. Align the marking position and install the toilet. Thread the screw through the retaining sleeve and into the holes on both sides of the toilet. Use tools to lock screws on the internal mounting bracket, then cover the decorative cap.
  7. Connect the Inlet Hose: Connect the supporting hose to the angle valve and tighten it.
  8. Complete the Installation: Attach the remote control holder to the wall (using adhesive or screws). Unscrew the angle valve and plug in the power supply. Wait for the toilet self-test to be completed.
