Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

Setup
- Unpack the kettle and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials.
- Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX fill line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Ensure the power cord is fully extended and plugged into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Filling the Kettle
- Press the lid release button on the handle to open the hinged lid.
- Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX (1.7L) mark. Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out.
- Close the lid securely until it clicks into place.
Heating Water
- Place the filled kettle securely onto the power base.
- The digital touchscreen will illuminate.
- Select your desired temperature using the pre-programmed settings or adjust manually:
- Pre-programmed Settings: Touch the buttons for White Tea (158°F), Green Tea (176°F), Oolong Tea/Coffee (194°F), or Boil (212°F).
- Manual Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature in 5°F increments. The real-time temperature will be displayed.
- Press the Power button (U) to start heating. The kettle will beep twice, and the display will show the current water temperature as it heats.
- Once the selected temperature is reached, the kettle will beep twice and automatically shut off.
'Keep Warm' Function
- After selecting your desired temperature and starting the heating process, you can activate the 'Keep Warm' function.
- Press the 'Warm' button. The kettle will maintain the set temperature for up to 2 hours.
- To deactivate 'Keep Warm', press the 'Warm' button again or remove the kettle from the base.
Cordless Serving
The kettle can be lifted from its 360° swivel base for convenient, cord-free pouring and serving. Return the kettle to the base to continue heating or to utilize the 'Keep Warm' function.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Exterior Cleaning
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
