• Do not use the massager while sleeping or bathing.

• Do not use on swollen, inflamed, or injured areas.
• Do not use for more than 15 minutes per session. The device has an automatic shut-off feature after 15 minutes.
• Never hold the massager by the massage nodes. Always hold the back of the massager.

Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the massager. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The indicator light will show charging status and turn solid when fully charged. A full charge provides approximately 100 minutes of massage use.

2. Adjusting the Straps

The massager features adjustable straps for a comfortable and secure fit. Place the massager around your neck and shoulders. Adjust the straps to ensure the massage nodes are positioned correctly on the desired area and the device feels snug but not overly tight. You can use the pull-type handles or secure the strap at the back for a hands-free experience.

Operating Instructions

The control panel is located on the side of the massager. Familiarize yourself with the buttons before use.

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (Ⓘ) for 2 seconds to turn the massager on or off. The massager will start in a default mode.
2. Select Massage Mode: Press the 'M' button (M) to cycle through the two available massage modes.
3. Adjust Intensity: Press the intensity button (≡) to switch between two massage intensity levels (low and high).
4. Activate Heat Function: Press the heat button (★) to turn the soothing heat function on or off. The heat range is 104°F - 113°F.
5. Automatic Shut-off: For safety and to prevent overuse, the massager will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous operation. You can restart it if desired.

Maintenance

Cleaning

The fabric cover over the massage nodes is detachable for cleaning. Unzip the cover carefully and remove it. Hand wash the fabric cover with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before reattaching. Do not immerse the main unit in water or use abrasive cleaners.

Storage
