5. Setup Instructions

  1. Connect the Power Adapter: Insert the USB Type-C end of the provided charging cable into the port on the back of the wireless charging station.
  2. Plug into Power: Connect the other end of the USB cable to the included QC 3.0 18W fast adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
  3. Power Indicator: The LED indicators on the charging station will briefly light up, then turn off within 20 seconds, indicating it is ready for use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Charging Your Phone

Place your compatible smartphone vertically or horizontally on the phone charging pad. Ensure the phone is centered on the charging area for optimal charging. The LED indicator for the phone will light up to confirm charging.

  • Vertical Charging: Ideal for video calls or browsing.
  • Horizontal Charging: Suitable for watching videos or gaming.

6.2 Charging Your Apple Watch

Place your Apple Watch on the dedicated watch charging module. The watch will magnetically snap into place and begin charging. The watch's screen will indicate charging status.

6.3 Charging Your AirPods

Place your AirPods case (with wireless charging capability) on the flat charging area at the base of the station. The LED indicator for the AirPods will light up to confirm charging.

6.4 Case Compatibility

The charger is designed to work with most phone cases up to 0.2 inches (5mm) thick. However, please remove any magnetic or metal attachments, credit cards, or unusually thick cases (e.g., Otterbox Commuter case) before charging to ensure stability and efficiency.

7. Maintenance and Care

  • Keep the charging station away from water and liquids.
  • Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures.
  • Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the charger during use.

9. Troubleshooting

Slow charging.
  • Ensure you are using the provided QC 3.0 18W fast adapter.
  • Check for proper device alignment on the charging pad.
  • Remove any thick cases or foreign objects between the device and charger.
  • Close background applications on your device.
LED indicator not working.
  • The LED indicators are designed to turn off automatically within 20 seconds after initial power-on to avoid disturbing sleep. This is normal operation.
  • If no devices are charging and the LED does not light up briefly on power-on, check the power connection.
Device or charger getting hot.
  • Some warmth during wireless charging is normal.
  • Ensure proper alignment of the device on the charging pad.
  • Remove any cases or foreign objects.
  • Ensure the charger is in a well-ventilated area.
  • If excessive heat occurs, disconnect the device and charger and contact customer support.
