  1. Place the juicer base (motor unit) on a dry, stable, and flat surface.
  2. Insert the stainless steel filter basket onto the motor unit. Ensure it is seated firmly.
  3. Place the transparent cover over the filter basket, aligning the feed chute with the opening on the base.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Preparing Ingredients

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • For fruits with large pits or hard seeds (e.g., peaches, cherries, mangoes), remove them before juicing.
  • Peel fruits with thick or inedible skins (e.g., oranges, pineapples, melons). Thin skins like apples or cucumbers can be left on.
  • The 3-inch wide feed chute accommodates whole fruits and vegetables. For very large items, cut them into smaller pieces that fit comfortably into the chute.

4.2. Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juice cup is in place under the juice spout and the anti-drip function is open.
  2. Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the speed control switch to the desired setting (LOW or HIGH).
  4. Gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them down. Do not force ingredients, as this can strain the motor.
  5. Once all ingredients are juiced, turn the speed control switch to the "OFF" position.
  6. Wait for the motor to stop completely before disassembling or cleaning.

4.3. Speed Settings

The Loilat JE2106 offers two speed settings for optimal juicing:

  • LOW Speed: Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, oranges, grapes, strawberries, tomatoes, and leafy greens.
  • HIGH Speed: Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables like carrots, apples, pears, celery, and beets.
  • OFF: Stops the juicer operation.

  3. Rinse all removable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp and juice residue from drying.
