4. Setup

The ALIBELL Wireless Call System is designed for quick and easy setup. The call buttons are pre-paired with the receiver unit from the factory, eliminating the need for complex pairing procedures.

4.1 Initial Power-On

  1. Connect the provided AC adapter to the receiver unit's power input port.

5. Operating Instructions

The ALIBELL Wireless Call System is designed for intuitive operation, providing quick and clear communication.

5.1 Making a Call

To make a call, simply press the 'Call' button on the transmitter unit. The corresponding number will be sent wirelessly to the receiver unit.

5.2 Receiver Display and Alerts

When a call button is pressed, the receiver unit will display the corresponding call number on its high-brightness LED screen. The receiver can display up to three call numbers simultaneously, ensuring that multiple calls are not missed. The display time for each number can be adjusted.

5.3 Sound Modes

The receiver offers three distinct sound modes to suit different environments:

  • Ding-dong: A standard chime sound.
  • Voice Broadcast (English): An English voice announcement of the call number.
  • Silent: The receiver will only display the number without any sound, ideal for quiet environments.

The volume of the alert sounds can be adjusted using the volume control knob on the side of the receiver unit.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Wipe the receiver and call buttons with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surface.

6.2 Call Button Battery Replacement

The call buttons are powered by 23A 12V alkaline batteries. When the button's indicator light no longer illuminates or the signal becomes weak, it's time to replace the battery.

  1. Gently push the bottom cover of the call button to the left or right to unlock it.
  2. Use a small screwdriver to remove the screws securing the internal circuit board.
  3. Carefully remove the old battery and insert a new 23A 12V alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Re-secure the circuit board with the screws and close the bottom cover until it clicks into place.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No Signal or Weak Signal

  • Check Battery: Ensure the call button battery is not depleted. Replace if necessary (refer to Section 6.2).
  • Obstacles: Large metal objects, thick walls, or other electronic devices can interfere with the signal. Try repositioning the receiver or call button to minimize obstructions. The maximum transmission distance is 500 meters in an obstacle-free environment.
  • Antenna: Ensure the receiver's antenna is fully extended.

7.2 Receiver Not Displaying Numbers

  • Power Connection: Verify that the receiver is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Call Button Functionality: Test the call button by pressing it. If the button's indicator light does not flash, the battery may be dead or the button may be faulty.

7.3 Incorrect or Missing Numbers Displayed

  • Interference: Other wireless devices nearby might cause interference. Try moving the system away from other electronics.
