Operating Instructions
This section covers the basic operation of your Bosch GTS15-10 table saw.
Powering On and Off
Connect the saw to a 120V power outlet. The saw features soft-start circuitry to manage motor start-up intensity and minimize circuit breaker trips. Use the designated power switch to turn the saw on and off. The convenience brake stops the blade in approximately three seconds after shutdown, increasing productivity.
Adjusting Blade Height and Bevel
Use the blade height adjustment wheel to raise or lower the blade. For bevel cuts, adjust the blade angle using the bevel adjustment mechanism. Ensure the blade is set to the desired height and angle before making any cuts.

Making Rip Cuts
Set the rip fence to the desired width using the rack and pinion system. Ensure the fence is parallel to the blade. Guide the workpiece firmly against the fence and push it through the blade using the provided push stick. The saw offers a 32-1/8 inch rip capacity to the right of the blade.

Making Cross Cuts
Use the miter gauge to make accurate cross cuts. Adjust the miter gauge to the desired angle. Hold the workpiece firmly against the miter gauge and slide it through the blade. The saw has a 4x4 single cut capacity.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your table saw.
- Cleaning: After each use, unplug the saw and clean off sawdust and debris from the table, fence, and motor housing. Use compressed air for hard-to-reach areas.
- Blade Inspection and Replacement: Regularly inspect the saw blade for sharpness, damage, or missing teeth. Replace dull or damaged blades promptly. Refer to the main manual for detailed blade replacement procedures.
- Guard System Check: Ensure the Smart Guard System components (riving knife, anti-kickback pawls, and blade guard) move freely and are not obstructed.
- Fence and Miter Gauge Calibration: Periodically check the accuracy of the rip fence and miter gauge. Calibrate if necessary to ensure precise cuts.
- Cord Inspection: Inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or fraying. Do not use the saw if the cord is damaged.
- On-Tool Storage: Utilize the integrated on-tool storage for the rip fence, miter gauge, Smart Guard System, hex wrench, blade wrench, and push stick to keep accessories organized and protected.
