Setup

2. Placement: Place the grill on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface outdoors, away from any flammable materials.
3. Gas Connection:
   • Connect the provided gas bottle connection hose to the grill's gas inlet.
   • Attach the pressure reducer to the gas bottle.
   • Ensure all connections are tight. Perform a leak test using soapy water before first use.

4. Plancha Placement: Ensure the enameled cast iron plancha is correctly seated on the grill body.

Operating Instructions

Your Grillmeister Plancha Gas Grill features three powerful, separately switchable burners for versatile cooking.

1. Ignition:
   • Ensure the gas bottle valve is open.
   • Push in and turn a control knob counter-clockwise to the high setting.
   • Press the piezo ignition button (if separate) or continue holding the knob in for integrated ignition until the burner ignites.
   • Once ignited, release the knob. Repeat for other burners as needed.
2. Temperature Control: Adjust the control knobs to regulate the flame size and heat output for each burner independently. This allows for different cooking zones on the plancha.
3. Cooking Versatility: The large, smooth enameled cast iron grilling surface is ideal for a wide variety of foods, including:
   • Meat (steaks, burgers, sausages)
   • Fish and Seafood (shrimp, scallops, fillets)

4. Shutting Down: When finished cooking, turn all control knobs to the "OFF" position. Close the valve on the gas bottle.
