4. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Airshi Landline Phone.
- Install the Desk Stand: Align the provided bracket with the slots on the back of the telephone base unit and snap it into place. This will allow the phone to sit at an ergonomic angle.
- Connect the Handset: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the port labeled "HANDSET" on the side or back of the telephone base unit, and the other end into the port on the handset.
- Connect the Telephone Line (PSTN Mode): If using a traditional landline, plug one end of the telephone line cable into the port labeled "LINE" or "PSTN" on the back of the phone, and the other end into your wall telephone jack.
- Connect the Network Cable (IP Mode): If using Voice over IP (VoIP), plug one end of the network cable into the port labeled "LAN" or "WAN" on the back of the phone, and the other end into your router or network switch. The phone supports Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the "DC IN" port on the back of the phone, then plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The phone will power on automatically.
- Initial Boot-up: The phone will display a boot-up sequence on its 3.5-inch color screen. Once complete, it will be ready for configuration or use.
5. Operating Instructions
This section details the basic and advanced functions of your Airshi Landline Phone.
5.1 Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call:
- Pick up the handset or press the Speakerphone button.
- Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
- Press the Dial or Send button (often represented by a phone icon).
- To Answer a Call:
- When the phone rings, pick up the handset or press the Speakerphone button.
- To End a Call:
- Hang up the handset or press the Speakerphone button again.
5.2 Hands-Free Calling
The phone supports Volte HD hands-free calling, allowing you to communicate without holding the handset.
- During a call, press the Speakerphone button to switch to hands-free mode.
- Press the Speakerphone button again to switch back to the handset or to end the call.

5.3 Programmable Keys
The phone features 8 customizable programmable function keys, including 3 groups for speed dialing. These can be configured for frequently used numbers or specific functions.
- Refer to the on-screen menu for instructions on programming these keys. Typically, you will access a "Settings" or "Programmable Keys" menu option.
- Once programmed, a single press of the assigned key will dial the stored number or activate the assigned function.
5.4 3-Party Conference Call
The SIP desk phone supports 3-party voice frequency conferencing, allowing you to add participants to an ongoing call.
- During an active call, press the Conference button (if available) or access the conference option from the on-screen menu.
- Dial the number of the third party.
- Once the third party answers, press the Conference button again to merge all parties into a single conversation.

5.5 WiFi Functionality
The VOIP phone includes WiFi functionality for easy network connectivity.
- Navigate to the Settings menu on the 3.5-inch color screen.
- Select Network or WiFi Settings.
- The phone will scan for available WiFi networks. Select your desired network from the list.
- Enter the WiFi password if prompted.
- Once connected, the phone will display a WiFi icon, indicating successful connection.
5.6 Call Records and Other Features
- Call Records: Access detailed call records (incoming, outgoing, missed calls) through the on-screen menu for convenient review.
