5. Setup and Installation

The YZONA Rear Bumper is designed for easy bolt-on installation with no drilling required. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Prepare Vehicle: Park your Jeep on a flat, stable surface. Engage the parking brake and block the wheels. Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
2. Remove Factory Bumper: Carefully remove the existing rear bumper. This typically involves unbolting it from the frame and disconnecting any wiring for lights or sensors.
3. Position New Bumper: With assistance, lift the YZONA Rear Bumper into position on the vehicle's frame. Align the mounting holes.
4. Secure Bumper: Install the provided mounting screws, nuts, and washers. Hand-tighten all hardware first, then progressively tighten them to the manufacturer's torque specifications (refer to your vehicle's service manual for specific torque values).

• Using the 2-inch Hitch Receiver: The integrated hitch receiver provides a convenient connection point for various accessories such as towing racks, cargo carriers, bicycle racks, and more. Always adhere to the maximum towing capacity of your vehicle and the bumper.
• Operating LED Floodlights: The 18W LED floodlights provide wide-angle illumination. They can be wired to your vehicle's reverse lights, an auxiliary switch, or other preferred power sources for activation. Use them to enhance visibility during low-light conditions or off-road adventures.
