1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your ZSQN Big and Tall Office Chair, Model QY-8071. 2. Safety Information

4. Setup (Assembly Instructions)

Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes. For a visual guide, refer to the assembly video provided by the manufacturer on the product page.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base until they click securely into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the lever is on the right side when facing the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
5. Attach Backrest to Armrests and Seat: Connect the backrest to the armrests and the seat. Once aligned, tighten all screws for the armrests and backrest securely.
6. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the tapered end of the gas lift fits into the center hole of the mechanism plate. Press down firmly to secure.

5. Operating Instructions

Your ZSQN office chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort:

5.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height (from 43.7'' to 46.85''):

• To raise: While standing, lift the lever located on the right side of the seat. The chair will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.
• To lower: While seated, lift the lever. The chair will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.

5.2. Tilt and Rocking Function

The chair features a 100°-120° tilt and rocking function:

• To recline/rock: Pull the same lever used for height adjustment outwards. The chair back will recline and allow rocking motion.
• To lock upright: Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in its upright position.
• Adjust rocking tension: Turn the round knob located underneath the seat, at the front. Turn clockwise to increase tension (stiffer rocking) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser rocking).

5.3. Adjustable Lumbar Support

The chair includes adjustable lumbar support to better conform to your lower back:

• Locate the knob on the right side of the chair, near the backrest.
• Turn the knob clockwise to increase the lumbar support (push it further out).
• Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the lumbar support (retract it).

5.4. 360-Degree Swivel

The chair is equipped with 360-degree swivel casters, allowing for easy rotation and movement without needing to reposition the entire chair.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the chair surface with a damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a mild soap solution and then wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
