Welcome to the user manual for your new Tuanzi XS15 Mini Smartphone. This compact and portable device features a 3.0-inch HD screen, Android 8.1 operating system, and supports 3G connectivity. Designed for ease of use and portability, it offers essential smartphone functionalities in a miniature form factor. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of your device.

Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge your XS15 Mini Smartphone. Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the phone's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress.
2. Inserting SIM Cards
The XS15 supports dual SIM cards. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone. Use the SIM ejector tool (if provided, or a small paperclip) to open the tray. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards into the designated slots, ensuring they are correctly oriented. Insert the tray back into the phone.

3. Powering On/Off
To power on, press and hold the Power button located on the side of the device until the screen lights up. To power off, press and hold the Power button, then select 'Power off' from the options that appear on the screen.
4. Initial Setup Wizard
Upon first power-on, the device will guide you through an initial setup process. This includes selecting your language, connecting to a Wi-Fi network, and signing in with your Google account. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
Operating Your Smartphone
1. Navigation and Interface
The XS15 Mini Smartphone operates on Android 8.1. Navigate the interface using the touchscreen. Swipe to unlock, tap icons to open applications, and swipe down from the top for notifications and quick settings.

2. Making Calls and Sending Messages
Use the Phone app to make calls. Enter the number or select a contact. Use the Messaging app for SMS and MMS. The device supports GPRS, EDGE, and hotspot sharing for data connectivity.
3. Camera Usage
The phone features a 0.3Mpx front camera and a 2.0Mpx rear camera. Open the Camera app to capture photos and videos. Tap the screen to focus and press the shutter button to take a picture. Note: Only one rear camera is functional; others are decorative.

4. Connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS)
- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available wireless networks.
- Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth in Settings > Connected devices to pair with headphones, speakers, or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- GPS: The device has built-in GPS for navigation and location services. Ensure location services are enabled in settings for apps that require it.
5. App Installation
The XS15 is compatible with Google Play Store. Open the Play Store app, search for desired applications, and follow the prompts to install them. The device has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM for app and data storage.
Maintenance
1. Battery Care
The 1000mAh internal polymer battery provides reliable power. To prolong battery life:
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Do not let the battery drain completely before recharging regularly.
- Use only the provided Type-C USB cable for charging.
2. Cleaning
Gently wipe the screen and body of the phone with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device.
3. Software Updates
Periodically check for system updates in Settings > System > System update to ensure your device has the latest features and security patches.
Troubleshooting
1. Phone is Unresponsive
If your phone becomes unresponsive, try a forced restart by pressing and holding the Power button for about 10-15 seconds until the device reboots. If this does not work, a factory reset may be necessary (see below).
2. Network Connectivity Issues
- No Signal: Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted and that you are within network coverage. Check with your carrier if your SIM card supports 2G GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and 3G WCDMA/B1/B2/B5/B8 frequencies.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Forget the network in Wi-Fi settings and reconnect. Restart your Wi-Fi router.
3. Battery Drains Quickly
Close unused applications running in the background. Reduce screen brightness. Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS when not in use. Limit background data usage for apps.
4. Performing a Factory Reset
A factory reset will erase all data on your phone and restore it to its original factory settings. Back up important data before proceeding. Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset).
