2. Safety Information

4. Setup & Charging

4.1 Assembly

  1. Select the appropriate cleaning head (Pool or Spa) for your cleaning task.
  2. Attach the chosen cleaning head to the main vacuum unit by aligning and twisting until secure.
  3. Connect the desired number of pole sections to achieve the required length. The pole sections can be adjusted to lengths such as 4.6ft, 5.8ft, or 6.7ft.
  4. Attach the assembled pole to the main vacuum unit.

4.2 Charging the Battery

The AQUAFYSH AQ10 Pro is equipped with a 3.7V 3350mAh (12.06Wh) Lithium-Ion battery. A full charge provides up to 90 minutes of operation.

  1. Locate the charging port on the main vacuum unit.
  2. Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the USB charging cable.
  3. Connect the USB cable to the vacuum and the power adapter.
  4. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  5. Charging time is approximately 3.5 to 5 hours. The indicator light will change to show charging status.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the vacuum, press the 'ON' button. To power off, press the 'OFF' button. The device is designed to automatically shut down when removed from water for safety and battery conservation.

5.2 Dual Mode Operation

The AQ10 Pro features two primary cleaning modes:

  • Deep Water Mode (Basic Vacuum Head): Suitable for pools and deeper areas. Requires a minimum water depth of 1.4 feet (45cm).
  • All-Round Mode (Spa Head): Activates low water-level cleaning, allowing operation in depths as shallow as 0.6 feet (18cm). This mode also increases suction power by approximately 20% due to the shorter distance to the motor.

5.3 Cleaning Procedure

  1. Ensure the vacuum is fully charged and the correct head is attached.
  2. Submerge the vacuum into the water. It will automatically power on.
  3. Slowly move the vacuum across the bottom and sides of your pool or spa to collect debris.
  4. The powerful suction (up to 12 gallons per minute) will draw in dirt, leaves, sand, and other small particles.
  5. When finished, remove the vacuum from the water. It will automatically shut down.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Filter

The vacuum features a double filtration design with a 180µm original stainless filter and 25µm ultra-fine mesh cotton filters. Regular cleaning is crucial for optimal performance.

  1. After each use, detach the cleaning head and the filter compartment.
  2. Remove the filter cartridge and any installed fine mesh filter socks.
  3. Empty collected debris into a waste bin.
  4. Rinse the filter cartridge and filter socks thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before reassembling.
  6. Replace filter socks as needed (3 extra are provided).

6.2 Storage

To maintain your pool handheld vacuum cleaner, rinse it with clean water, clean the filter regularly, and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Reduced Suction: Check if the filter is clogged with debris. Clean the filter thoroughly. Ensure the cleaning head is properly attached.
  • Device Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Check if the charging port is clean and dry. Verify the device is fully submerged in water, as it has an automatic power-on feature when entering water.
  • Short Battery Life: Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Battery performance may decrease over time with prolonged use.
