4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your PZDO Gaming Chair. It is recommended to assemble on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

4.1. Assemble the Chair Base

1. Attach the five base legs to the central hub using Screw P*5. Ensure they are securely tightened.
2. Insert the five wheels firmly into the holes at the end of each base leg.
3. Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled base. Be careful not to soil your clothes or the floor, as the cylinder may be coated with lubricant.

4.2. Attach the Tilting Mechanism and Footrest

1. Attach the tilting mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using Screw Q*8. Ensure the horizontal oval hole of the guide rail faces forward.
2. Install the foot pedal to the footrest frame using Screw U*2. Pay attention to the correct orientation of the footrest.
3. Insert the footrest into the slide mechanism on the underside of the seat. Screw V*1 into one of the poles of the foot pedal. (Note: The video may show slight variations; refer to the manual for precise details).

4.3. Attach the Backrest

1. Attach the lower part of the steel plate to the backrest using Screw S*3. First, screw the three screws in partially by hand, then tighten them completely one by one using a screwdriver.
2. Align the backrest with the seat cushion and attach it using the appropriate screws.

4.4. Install Armrests

1. Attach the armrests to the seat and backrest using screws T*4 and K*4. Tighten the screws to prevent wobbling.

4.5. Final Assembly

1. Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
2. Attach the lumbar pillow and headrest pillow using their integrated straps.

5. Operating Instructions

• Height Adjustment: Use the lever located under the seat on the right side to adjust the chair's height. Pull the lever up while sitting to lower, or while standing to raise.
• Backrest Recline: Use the lever on the right side of the seat to recline the backrest from 90° to 165°. Lean back to your desired angle and push the lever down to lock.
• Footrest Extension: Pull the footrest out from under the seat when desired, and push it back in for storage.
• Tilt Lock/Tension: The chair features a tilt mechanism. Use the knob under the seat to adjust the tension of the tilt. The lever on the left side can lock the chair in an upright position or allow it to rock.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Spot clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity to prevent damage to the chair's components.
• Protect from Elements: Keep the chair away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve the fabric and materials.

7. Troubleshooting

• Chair Wobbles: Check that all screws, especially those connecting the base legs and the tilting mechanism to the seat, are securely tightened. Ensure the gas lift is properly seated in the base.
• Gas Lift Not Functioning: Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged or disengaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement. Contact customer service.
• Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for any debris or hair caught in the wheels. Clean them thoroughly. If wheels are damaged, they may need replacement.
• Backrest Does Not Recline/Lock: Verify that the recline lever is functioning correctly and not obstructed. Check the tension knob for the tilt mechanism.
• Footrest Issues: Ensure the footrest rails are clear of obstructions and properly aligned.
