Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Christmas tree:

1. Assemble the Stand: Unfold the metal stand and ensure it is stable. Insert the three eye bolts into the holes at the top of the stand and tighten them securely.
2. Insert Tree Sections: The tree comes in three hinged sections. Start by inserting the bottom section into the assembled stand. Ensure it is firmly seated.
3. Connect Middle and Top Sections: Insert the middle section into the bottom section, aligning the pole. Then, insert the top section into the middle section. The hinged branches will automatically fall into place.
4. Fluff the Branches: Starting from the bottom, gently pull apart and shape each branch tip to create a full, natural appearance. Wear the included gloves to protect your hands during this process. Ensure the 470 PE branch tips are evenly distributed.
5. Connect Lights: Locate the light connectors between each tree section and connect them. Ensure all connections are secure. Plug the UL-certificated adaptor into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Your GOFLAME Christmas tree features integrated warm white LED lights with a timer function.

• Powering On/Off: Once the adaptor is plugged in and all light connections are secure, the lights will illuminate. To turn off, simply unplug the adaptor.
• Timer Function: The tree includes an automatic timer. When activated, the lights will remain on for 6 hours and then automatically turn off for 18 hours. This cycle will repeat daily. To activate the timer, plug in the tree at your desired start time. The timer will begin its 6-hour 'on' cycle from that moment.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will ensure the longevity of your Christmas tree:

• Cleaning: Dust the tree periodically with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe gently. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Before storing, ensure the tree is completely dry. Disassemble the tree in reverse order of assembly. Store the sections in their original box or a suitable storage bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Material Properties: The tree's PE material is designed to be fireproof, non-allergic, non-fading, smell-free, and soft to the touch, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Lights Not Working:
  • Check if the adaptor is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
  • Ensure all light string connectors between tree sections are firmly connected.
  • Inspect for any loose or broken bulbs. While the lights are designed for durability, individual bulbs can sometimes fail.
• Tree is Unstable:
  • Verify that the metal stand is fully unfolded and placed on a flat, level surface.
  • Ensure the eye bolts on the stand are tightened securely around the bottom tree pole.
  • Check that all tree sections are fully inserted and aligned.
• Timer Function Not Activating:
  • The timer activates from the moment the tree is plugged in. If you want to reset the timer's start time, unplug the tree, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in at your desired start time.
• Lights are Only Warm White:
  • This model features 430 warm white LED lights as specified. It does not include multi-color light options.
