5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Preparing for Grilling
- Charcoal Loading: Open the charcoal access door on the front of the grill. Place charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal onto the charcoal tray.
- Lighting Charcoal: Use a charcoal chimney starter or appropriate fire starters to ignite the charcoal. Allow the charcoal to ash over before placing food on the grates.
- Temperature Control:
- Adjustable Charcoal Tray: Use the lever on the side of the grill to adjust the height of the charcoal tray. Raising the tray increases heat intensity, while lowering it reduces it. There are 6 adjustable levels (15 cm to 25 cm from the charcoal box).
- Air Vents: Adjust the side air vents to control airflow. More airflow increases heat, less airflow reduces it.
- Lid Thermometer: Monitor the internal temperature of the cooking chamber using the built-in thermometer on the lid.

5.3. Post-Grilling
After grilling, close the lid and air vents to extinguish the charcoal. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.
6. Maintenance and Care
- Ash Removal: Once the grill is completely cool, pull out the independent ash collection box to easily dispose of ashes.
- Cleaning Grates: Clean grilling grates with a wire brush after each use. For stubborn residue, soak grates in warm, soapy water.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
- Storage: Store the grill in a dry, covered area when not in use to protect it from weather elements.
