  • Ensure all parts are securely assembled before use.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your cart.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
  • Wheel Inspection: Periodically check the wheels for debris or wear. Clean any obstructions and ensure they spin freely.
  • Fastener Check: Ensure all screws, pins, and connections remain tight. Tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability.
  • Storage: Store the cart in a dry place when not in use to prevent corrosion.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your YITAHOME Folding Shopping Cart, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Cart is difficult to fold/unfold: Ensure no items are obstructing the folding mechanism. Check for bent parts that might hinder movement.
  • Wheels are not rolling smoothly: Inspect wheels for tangled hair, string, or other debris. Clean the axles and ensure they are free of obstructions. If wheels are damaged, contact customer support for replacement options.
  • Cart feels unstable or wobbly: Verify that all assembly fasteners (cotter pins, etc.) are securely in place. Ensure the cart is fully unfolded and locked into position before loading. Do not exceed the weight limit.
  • Back wheels come apart: This indicates an issue with the cotter pins or axle. Re-check the assembly steps for securing the large wheels (Section 4). Ensure the cap cotter pins are properly spread and bent to prevent the wheels from detaching. If the pins are damaged, replacements may be needed.
