Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this product. Please follow these steps carefully. All necessary tools and hardware are included in the package.

  1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the parts list to identify each piece.
  2. Attach Wheels to Base: Secure the four swivel wheels to the bottom metal frame components. Ensure the two lockable casters are positioned as desired for easy access.
  3. Assemble Frame: Connect the vertical metal frame components to the base using the provided hardware. Do not overtighten screws until the entire frame is loosely assembled.
  4. Install Bottom Shelf: Attach the bottom storage shelf to the assembled metal frame.
  5. Install Keyboard Tray Rails: Attach the slide rails to the underside of the main desktop panel and to the corresponding frame sections. Ensure the rails are correctly oriented for smooth operation.
  6. Attach Keyboard Tray: Slide the keyboard tray onto the installed rails. Test its movement to ensure it slides smoothly and the safety stop functions correctly.
  7. Attach Desktop Panel: Secure the main desktop panel to the top of the frame. The side of the desktop without pre-drilled holes is the top surface. Screws should be inserted from the bottom up, with sleeves used to hide the screw heads for a clean finish.
  8. Tighten All Screws: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all screws and bolts. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the wood or stripping the screws.
