2. Applicable Car Models
This car radio is specifically designed for Hyundai Veloster models manufactured between 2011 and 2017. Please verify your vehicle's model year before installation.
Important Compatibility Note:
This car radio is intended for basic car radio versions. If your Hyundai Veloster is equipped with a navigation (navi) version or an amplifier from the factory, a CANBUS adapter (B0D12HYTDX) is required for proper sound output and functionality. Without the correct CANBUS adapter, there will be no sound from the stereo. Please consult the manufacturer if you are unsure about your vehicle's configuration.

5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound from stereo | Incorrect wiring; Missing CANBUS adapter for navi/amplifier vehicles; Volume too low. | Verify all wiring connections are secure. If your car has a factory navigation system or amplifier, ensure the correct CANBUS adapter (B0D12HYTDX) is installed. Check volume levels. |
| Unit does not power on | Power cable not connected; Blown fuse; Incorrect wiring of ACC/B+ wires. | Check power cable connections. Inspect vehicle's fuse box and the stereo's inline fuse. Ensure ACC (ignition) and B+ (constant power) wires are correctly wired. |
| Wireless Carplay/Android Auto not connecting | Bluetooth not paired; Z-link app not open; Phone compatibility issue. | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and paired. Open the 'Z-link' app on the stereo. Check if your phone model (e.g., Huawei, Samsung) has known compatibility issues. Try a wired connection if wireless fails. |
| GPS signal weak or inaccurate | GPS antenna not properly installed or obstructed. | Ensure the GPS antenna is mounted in a clear location with an unobstructed view of the sky (e.g., on the dashboard). Check antenna connection to the stereo. |
| Rear camera not displaying | Incorrect wiring of camera or trigger wire; Faulty camera. | Verify the camera's power and video connections. Ensure the reverse trigger wire is correctly connected to the car's reverse light circuit. Test the camera if possible. |
