- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature to your desired setting. The digital display will show the current temperature. The iron heats up quickly to a maximum of 464°F (240°C).
- Allow the iron to reach the set temperature before use. The display will indicate when the desired temperature is achieved.
- To turn off, press and hold the power button until the display turns off. Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
Styling Hair:
Ensure hair is clean, dry, and detangled before styling. For best results and protection, apply a heat protectant spray.
For Straightening:
- Divide your hair into small, manageable sections.
- Take one section and place it between the heating plates, close to the roots.
- Gently clamp the plates together and glide the iron slowly and smoothly down the length of the hair section, from roots to ends.
- Repeat on all sections until desired straightness is achieved.
For Curling:
- Divide your hair into small, manageable sections.
- Take one section and clamp the iron around it, about an inch or two from the roots.
- Rotate the iron 180 degrees away from your face, then slowly pull it down the hair shaft to the ends. The speed at which you pull will determine the tightness of the curl.
- Release the hair and allow the curl to cool before touching or styling further.
- Repeat on all sections.
