Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your oven. Always ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cooled down before cleaning.

  1. Interior Cleaning: Wipe the inner walls of the oven with a soft cloth dampened with a mixture of water and white vinegar, or a mild neutral detergent. For stubborn grease, a homemade cleanser (mixing water and white vinegar) can be effective. Always clean the inner wall with water again after using cleanser.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  3. Accessory Cleaning: All removable accessories (baking pan, racks, air fry basket, crumb tray, rotisserie kit) can be washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reinserting.
  4. Crumb Tray: The crumb tray should be cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards. Slide it out from the bottom of the oven, empty crumbs, and wash as described above.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Kitchen in the box Air Fryer Combo Toaster Oven, refer to the common problems and solutions below:

  • Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded electrical outlet. Check if the outlet is functioning by plugging in another appliance.
  • Food not cooking evenly: Ensure the oven is preheated properly. For air frying, avoid overcrowding the basket to allow for optimal air circulation. Flip or shake food halfway through cooking.
  • Unusual odors during first use: It is normal for a new appliance to emit a slight odor during its first few uses. This should dissipate quickly. Ensure good ventilation.
  • Control panel unresponsive: Unplug the appliance from the power outlet, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in. This may reset the controls.
  • Excessive smoke: This may be due to grease buildup. Unplug the oven, allow it to cool, and clean the interior and accessories thoroughly, especially the crumb tray.

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support for further assistance.
