1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your QTREE intelligence Portable 1500W Tower Space Heater, Model XY-02A. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Always unplug heater when not in use.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- This heater is equipped with a tip-over safety switch. If the heater is accidentally tipped over, it will automatically shut off.
- This heater is equipped with an overheat protection system. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off.
- The heater is constructed with V-0 ABS flame-retardant materials and features an enhanced safety plug to prevent fire hazards.
- The Ceramic heater has obtained UL certification for safety.

4. Product Overview
The QTREE intelligence Tower Space Heater features a sleek design with integrated controls and a remote for convenient operation. It includes a digital display, a 3D flame effect, and a stable base.

5. Setup and Assembly
The QTREE intelligence Tower Space Heater requires minimal assembly, primarily attaching the base for stability.
- Step 1: Prepare the Base
Locate the cord slot on the base. Ensure the power cord can pass through this slot. - Step 2: Attach the Heater to the Base
Align the bottom of the space heater with the base. Carefully insert the heater into the base, ensuring the cord is routed through the designated slot. Twist or secure the base as indicated by the markings until it is firmly attached.

Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there are no obstructions within 3 feet (0.9 m) of the heater's front, sides, and rear.
6. Operation
Your heater can be operated using the touch control panel on the top of the unit or the included remote control.

6.2 Power On/Off
Press the Power button (ON/OFF) on the control panel or remote to turn the heater on or off. When turning off, the heater will cool down for approximately 30 seconds before completely shutting off.
6.3 Heating Modes
The heater offers three modes:
- High Heating (1500W): Provides maximum heat output for rapid warming of spaces up to 180 square feet.
- Low Heating (1000W): Offers a lower heat setting for energy efficiency and maintaining warmth.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without heat, useful for general air movement.
Cycle through these modes using the Mode button on the control panel or remote.
6.4 Adjustable Thermostat
Set your desired temperature between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C) in 1° increments. The heater will automatically adjust its operation to maintain the set temperature, turning on and off as needed.

6.5 Oscillation Function
Activate the 70° oscillation feature to distribute warmth evenly across a wider area. Press the Oscillation button on the control panel or remote to turn this function on or off.

6.6 Timer Function
The built-in timer allows you to set the heater to automatically shut off after a specified period, from 1 to 8 hours. Press the Timer button repeatedly to select the desired duration.

6.7 3D Flame Effect
The heater features a realistic 3D flame design that can be operated independently of the heating function. Press the Digital Fireplace ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote to activate or deactivate the flame effect.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain the heater's efficiency and extends its lifespan.
- Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to gently clean the air intake and exhaust grilles to remove dust and lint.
- Do not immerse the heater in water or allow water to drip into the interior.
- Store the heater in a cool, dry place when not in use.
8. Troubleshooting
If your heater is not operating correctly, please consult the following table before contacting customer support.
