1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EUREKA ERGONOMIC Curio Cabinet. This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new display cabinet. 2. Safety Information

• Wall Anchoring: To prevent tipping and ensure stability, it is crucial to secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
• Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 30 lbs per shelf. Overloading shelves can compromise the cabinet's stability and lead to damage or injury.
• Tempered Glass: The cabinet features 5MM thickened tempered glass. While durable, avoid sharp impacts or excessive force, which could cause breakage. Handle glass components with care during assembly.
• Electrical Safety: Ensure the LED lighting system is connected to a suitable power source. Do not expose electrical components to water or excessive moisture. Unplug the power adapter before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
• Assembly: Assemble the cabinet on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.

1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious area and lay out all components on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Attach Metal Legs: Secure the metal legs to the bottom panel of the cabinet using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.
3. Assemble Cabinet Frame: Connect the side panels to the bottom panel, then attach the back panel. Follow the numerical sequence in the included diagram for screw placement.
4. Install LED Lighting: Carefully attach the LED light strips along the designated grooves inside the cabinet. Install the spotlights at the top of the cabinet. Route the wiring as instructed to keep it tidy.
5. Attach Top Panel: Secure the top panel to the assembled frame.
6. Install Hinges and Doors: Attach the hinges to the cabinet frame and then to the tempered glass doors. Adjust hinges as needed to ensure smooth door operation and proper alignment. The aluminum alloy door sills provide added durability.
7. Insert Adjustable Shelves: Place the shelf pins into the desired holes inside the cabinet. Carefully lower the glass shelves onto the pins. Refer to Section 6 for more details on shelf adjustment.
8. Wall Anchoring: Position the cabinet in its final location. Using the provided anti-tip kit, secure the cabinet to a wall stud. This step is critical for safety.

5. Operating Instructions: LED Lights

The EUREKA ERGONOMIC Curio Cabinet features adjustable LED lighting controlled via a remote or a dedicated mobile application.

5.1 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the LED lighting system's main cable, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.

5.2 Using the Remote Control

The included remote control allows you to manage the LED lights:

• ON/OFF: Press the 'ON' or 'OFF' button to turn the lights on or off.
• Brightness Adjustment: Use the '25%', '50%', '75%', '100%' buttons or the up/down arrows to adjust brightness levels.
• Color Temperature: The remote allows selection between three color temperatures: Warm Light (3000K), Neutral Light (4000K), and White Light (6000K). Use the dedicated buttons or cycle through options.
• Spotlight Adjustment: The three small spotlights on the top are adjustable. They can rotate 360 degrees and swing 45 degrees to direct light as desired.

5.3 Using the Mobile Application

The LED lights can also be controlled via a dedicated mobile application. Refer to the separate instructions provided with the lighting kit for app download and pairing procedures.

6. Adjustable Shelves

Your curio cabinet comes with four adjustable glass shelves, allowing you to customize the display space according to your needs. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 30 lbs.

6.1 Adjusting Shelf Height

1. Remove any items from the shelf you wish to adjust.
2. Carefully lift the glass shelf to remove it from its current shelf pins.
3. Relocate the shelf pins to the desired height. Ensure all four pins are at the same level for stability.
4. Gently place the glass shelf back onto the new shelf pins, ensuring it is securely seated.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your curio cabinet.

• Cleaning Glass Surfaces: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner to clean the tempered glass doors and shelves. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the glass or frame.
• Cleaning Wood Surfaces: Wipe wood surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild wood cleaner. Avoid excessive moisture.
• Dusting: Regularly dust all surfaces with a dry, soft cloth to prevent dust buildup, especially inside the cabinet to protect your collectibles.
• Hinge Check: Periodically check the door hinges for tightness. If doors become loose or noisy, gently tighten the hinge screws.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your curio cabinet, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

• LED Lights Not Working:
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the cabinet's lighting system and a working wall outlet.
  • Check the remote control battery. Replace if necessary.
  • Verify that the light strips and spotlights are properly connected to the main wiring.
• Doors Not Closing Smoothly or Misaligned:
  • Check hinge screws for tightness. Adjust as needed.
  • Ensure the cabinet is on a level surface. Uneven flooring can cause door misalignment.
  • Inspect the door frame and hinges for any obstructions or damage.
• Cabinet Feels Unstable:
  • Confirm that the cabinet is secured to the wall using the anti-tip hardware.
  • Ensure all assembly screws are tightened.
