Setup

Blade Installation

  1. Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
  2. Press and hold the Spindle Lock Button (refer to Figure 2).
  3. Use the included Allen Wrench to loosen the blade bolt.
  4. Carefully remove the old blade and install the new blade, ensuring the teeth are facing the correct direction (indicated by an arrow on the blade and saw).
  5. Tighten the blade bolt securely with the Allen Wrench while holding the Spindle Lock Button.

Rip Guide Installation

The rip guide helps achieve stable, smooth, and straight cuts, similar to a table saw.

  1. Locate the two slots on the main guard of the saw (refer to Figure 2 for Rip Guide Locking Screw).
  2. Slide the rip guide into these slots.
  3. Adjust the rip guide to the desired measurement from the blade.
  4. Tighten the Rip Guide Locking Screw to secure the guide in place.

Dust Extraction System Setup

For a cleaner working environment, attach the vacuum adapter.

  1. Locate the vacuum adapter port on the saw (refer to Figure 2).
  2. Insert the smaller end of the vacuum adapter hose into this port.
  3. Attach the larger end of the hose to your shop vacuum's hose.
  4. Turn on the vacuum before operating the saw to collect sawdust.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

  • To turn on the saw, press the Safety Button and then squeeze the Switch Trigger (refer to Figure 2).
  • To turn off the saw, release the Switch Trigger.

Using the Laser Guide

The integrated laser guide provides a precise cutting line, eliminating the need for manual marking.

  • Activate the laser by pressing the button on the Laser Guard (refer to Figure 2).
  • Align the red laser line with your desired cut line on the workpiece.
  • Proceed with the cut, keeping the laser aligned for accuracy.

Adjusting Cutting Depth

The cutting depth can be adjusted to suit various material thicknesses, up to 1-11/16 inches.

  1. Loosen the Depth Clamp Button (refer to Figure 2).
  2. Adjust the base plate up or down to achieve the desired cutting depth, using the measurement scale.
  3. Tighten the Depth Clamp Button firmly to lock the depth.

Adjusting Bevel Angle

The saw allows for bevel cuts up to 45 degrees for angled applications.

  1. Loosen the Angle Lock Button (refer to Figure 2).
  2. Tilt the base plate to the desired angle, using the angle scale (e.g., 15, 30, 45 degrees).
  3. Tighten the Angle Lock Button to secure the angle.

Cutting Different Materials
