6. Range Information
The effective communication range of your walkie talkies can vary significantly based on terrain and environmental conditions. The maximum talking range is up to 3 miles under optimal conditions.

Image: An illustration showing approximate communication ranges: up to 3 miles in vast open spaces, 1.5 miles in mountains or forests, and 0.6 miles in residential or downtown areas.
- Vast Open Space: Up to 3 miles (e.g., open fields, deserts).
- Mountains or Forests: Approximately 1.5 miles (e.g., areas with moderate obstructions).
- Residential or Downtown Areas: Approximately 0.6 miles (e.g., areas with buildings and dense obstructions).
Obstacles such as buildings, dense foliage, and significant elevation changes will reduce the effective range. For best results, operate in open areas with minimal obstructions.
7. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the walkie talkies. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the walkie talkies regularly, especially if they will not be used for an extended period.
- Storage: Store the walkie talkies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Water Resistance: These walkie talkies are not water resistant. Avoid exposure to water or high humidity.
