Setup
1. Unpacking the Monitor
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:
- HP E22 G5 Monitor
- Monitor Stand (Base and Riser)
- Power Cable
- HDMI Cable
- USB-B to USB-A Cable (for USB hub functionality)
- Docztorm USB Port Expander
2. Assembling the Stand
- Attach the riser to the monitor panel. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Connect the base to the riser. Tighten the thumb screw on the underside of the base to secure it.

3. Connecting the Monitor
Connect the monitor to your computer using one of the available video input ports.
- HDMI Connection: Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your computer and the other end to the HDMI port on the monitor.
- DisplayPort Connection: Connect one end of the DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort on your computer and the other end to the DisplayPort on the monitor.
For USB hub functionality, connect the USB-B port on the monitor to a USB-A port on your computer using the provided USB-B to USB-A cable. This enables the monitor's USB-A ports.

4. Powering On
Connect the power cable to the monitor's AC power input and then to a wall outlet. Press the power button on the monitor to turn it on.
Operating the Monitor
On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
The monitor features an intuitive joypad OSD button for navigating the on-screen display menu. This menu allows you to adjust various settings such as brightness, contrast, color, input source, and more.

- Swivel Adjustment: Swivel the monitor from -45 degrees to +45 degrees horizontally.
- Pivot Adjustment: Rotate the monitor 90 degrees for portrait mode viewing.

HP Eye Ease and Flicker-Free Technology
