4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your SOYES XS16. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter or computer. The charging indicator will appear on the screen.

4.2 Inserting SIM Card(s)

The SOYES XS16 supports dual SIM cards. Use the provided SIM tray ejector tool to open the SIM card slot on the side of the phone. Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) into the tray, ensuring proper orientation. Insert the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
