Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut ingredients into small pieces suitable for the jar size. For wet grinding, add sufficient liquid.
  2. Load Jar: Place the prepared ingredients into the appropriate jar. Do not fill beyond the maximum fill line indicated on the jar.
  3. Secure Lid: Place the lid firmly on the jar. Ensure the lid is properly sealed.
  4. Attach Jar to Motor Unit: Place the jar onto the motor unit. Rotate the jar clockwise until it locks securely into place using the Triple Lock Jar Mechanism. You should hear a click or feel it firmly seated.
  5. Select Speed: Plug in the mixer grinder. Turn the knob to the desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3). For short bursts, use the 'Pulse' setting by rotating the knob to 'P' and holding it, then releasing.
  6. Monitor: Do not operate continuously for more than 3-5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of 2-3 minutes between cycles to prevent overheating.
  7. Finish: Once grinding/blending is complete, turn the knob to '0' and unplug the appliance. Wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the lid and jar.

Specific Usage Tips

  • Wet Grinding (e.g., batters, chutneys): Use the larger jars. Add water or other liquids as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  • Dry Grinding (e.g., spices, coffee beans): Use the smaller grinding jars. Ensure ingredients are completely dry for best results.
  • Juicing (using Juicer Jar): Place fruits/vegetables into the juicer jar. The integrated fruit filter will separate pulp from juice.
