3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Zimo Sync Mini earbuds and charging case. Use the provided Type-C charging cable and a DC5V-1A charger. Avoid using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers to prevent damage and voiding the warranty.

3.2 Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "ZIMO Sync" from the list.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing.

The earbuds feature one-step quick pairing and will auto-reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Touch Controls

5. Charging the Earbuds and Case

To charge the earbuds, place them back into the charging case. The case will automatically begin charging them. To charge the case itself, connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a suitable power source (DC5V-1A).

A fully charged case provides multiple charges to the earbuds, extending the total playtime to approximately 28 hours.

• Charging: Always use the provided Type-C cable and a DC5V-1A charger. Using incompatible or high-voltage chargers can damage the product and void the warranty.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Earbuds Not Pairing
