Setup and Assembly

Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the saw and all accessories for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Do not discard packaging materials until you are certain all parts are present and the tool is functioning correctly.

Mounting the Saw

For stable and safe operation, it is recommended to securely mount the miter saw to a workbench or a dedicated miter saw stand. Use appropriate bolts and washers to fasten the saw through the mounting holes in its base.

Attaching Extension Bars

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

To turn the saw ON, press the ON/OFF switch for the machine. To turn OFF, release the switch. The saw features a safety trigger to prevent accidental startup.

Adjusting Miter Angles

The miter saw allows for angle adjustments from 0° to ±45°. To adjust, loosen the miter angle lock, rotate the miter bench to the desired angle indicated on the miter scale, and then re-tighten the lock. The saw features 9 positive detent stops for common angles.

Adjusting Bevel Angles

The saw head can be tilted for bevel cuts at 90° and 45°. To adjust, loosen the bevel angle lock, tilt the saw head to the desired angle shown on the bevel angle scale, and then re-tighten the lock.

Using the Sliding Function

For cutting wider materials, the saw head can slide along the guide rails. To enable sliding, release the drag lock. Push the saw head back, lower the blade into the workpiece, and then push the saw head forward through the cut. For non-sliding cuts, engage the drag lock.

Laser Guide Operation

The integrated laser guide assists in achieving precise cuts. Activate the laser by pressing the ON/OFF switch for the laser light. Align the laser line with your pencil mark on the workpiece before making the cut.

Making a Cut

1. Place the workpiece firmly against the fence and on the miter bench. Use the working clamp to secure it if necessary.
2. Adjust the miter and/or bevel angle as required.
3. Activate the laser guide and align the blade with your cut line.
4. Hold the operating handle firmly and press the ON/OFF switch to start the motor. Allow the blade to reach full speed before cutting.
5. Slowly lower the saw blade into the workpiece. If using the sliding function, pull the saw head towards you, lower the blade, and push it through the material.
6. Once the cut is complete, release the ON/OFF switch and allow the blade to stop completely before raising the saw arm.
7. Remove the cut workpiece.

Blade Replacement

Always unplug the saw from the power source before attempting to change the blade. Use the provided hex wrenches for this procedure.

1. Step 1: Loosen the screw on the guard mounting plate and remove it from the product.
2. Step 2: Press the blade guard release lever and lower the retractable blade guard upwards. Reattach the screw to expose the saw blade.
3. Step 3: Press the spindle lock button fully and hold it in position. Turn the clamping screw until the spindle is locked.
4. Step 4: Loosen the clamping screw in a clockwise direction and remove it together with the outer flange and saw blade. Then change the blade. Note: The blade bolt has reversed threads; turn clockwise to loosen.
5. Install the new blade, ensuring the teeth are oriented correctly for cutting. Reassemble the outer flange and clamping screw, tightening counter-clockwise. Release the spindle lock and replace the guard mounting plate.

Maintenance
