Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new VEVOR Office Chair. Designed for ergonomic comfort and durability, this chair features adjustable lumbar support, a high back, an adjustable headrest, and 2D armrests to enhance your home or office workspace. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VEVOR Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled chair base. Ensure it is seated securely.
3. Attach Seat Cushion to Mechanism: The seat cushion comes with the central mechanism pre-attached. Secure this mechanism to the seat cushion using the four short bolts provided. Use the included wrench to tighten these bolts firmly.

4. Attach Backrest and Armrests to Seat: The backrest and armrests are largely pre-assembled as a single unit. Align the attachment points of this unit with the corresponding holes on the sides of the seat cushion. Secure them using the four bolts (two on each side) and tighten with the provided wrench. The armrests are designed to fold up for convenience.

5. Attach Headrest: Position the headrest onto the top of the backrest. Secure it using the two screws. Ensure it is firmly attached while still allowing for vertical adjustment.

6. Final Assembly: Carefully place the assembled seat/backrest/armrest unit onto the gas lift cylinder that is already inserted into the base. Press down firmly to ensure it is securely seated.
7. Final Tightening Check: After full assembly, re-check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tightened securely for stability and safety.

Operating Instructions

Your VEVOR Office Chair offers several adjustable features to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards while seated to lower the chair, or stand up and pull the lever upwards to raise the chair. Release the lever at your desired height.

2. Tilt and Rocking Function

The chair features a 90-128 degree rocking function. To enable rocking, pull the lever on the left side, beneath the seat, outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position (90 degrees), push the lever inwards. You can also adjust the tilt tension by rotating the round knob located under the seat, allowing you to control the resistance of the rocking motion.

3. Adjustable Lumbar Support

The S-shape ergonomic design includes adjustable lumbar support. To adjust the lumbar support, use the knob located on the back of the chair. This allows for a 2.8-inch adjustment range to fit your body's contour and provide optimal lower back support.

4. Adjustable Headrest

The headrest can be adjusted vertically by 2.4 inches (60 mm) and rotated by 40 degrees to provide tailored neck and head support, preventing forward head tilt and reducing strain.

5. Folding Armrests

For space-saving convenience, the armrests can be folded up by 45 degrees. This allows you to push the chair directly under your desk when not in use.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your VEVOR Office Chair.

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For mesh and fabric areas, use a mild soap solution if necessary, and blot dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws for tightness. Re-tighten if necessary to ensure stability and safety.
• Casters: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth movement.
