Introduction

Thank you for choosing the BIADNBZ Full Size Low Loft Bed. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new bed. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

Important Safety Information

• Always follow assembly instructions precisely.
• Ensure all hardware is securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
• Do not use power tools for assembly as this may damage the wood or strip screws.
• Recommended age for use: > 6 years old.
• Maximum weight capacity for the loft bed: 350 LBS.
• Maximum weight capacity for the trundle bed: 300 LBS.
• Use only mattresses of the specified thickness: 4''-6'' for both loft and trundle beds.
• This product is designed for indoor use only.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly.

Setup and Assembly

Estimated assembly time: 0.5 hour. Suggested number of people for assembly: 2. All necessary tools are included.

1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious area for assembly. Lay out all parts and hardware on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble the Main Loft Bed Frame:
   • Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten yet.
   • Ensure the safety fence rails are correctly oriented and attach them to the bed frame.

3. Install Bed Slats:
   • Place the 14 loft bed slats evenly across the side rails. Secure them with screws as indicated in the detailed diagram (refer to packaging for specific slat placement).
4. Assemble the Trundle Bed:
   • Connect the trundle bed frame components.
   • Install the 7 trundle bed slats.
   • Attach the wheels to the bottom of the trundle frame.

5. Assemble the Storage Drawers:
   • Assemble the drawer boxes using the provided panels and hardware.
   • Attach the drawer handles to the front panels.
   • Install the drawer wheels/glides if applicable.

6. Attach the Climbing Ladder:
   • Secure the climbing ladder to the designated attachment points on the bed frame using the provided hardware. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.

7. Final Tightening: Once all components are assembled, go back and fully tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions

Using the Trundle Bed

• To extend the trundle bed, gently pull the front panel outwards from beneath the main loft bed. The wheels will allow it to slide smoothly.
• To retract the trundle bed, push it back into place until it is fully nested under the main bed.
• Ensure no obstructions are in the path of the trundle bed when extending or retracting.

Using the Storage Drawers

• Pull the handles on the front of the drawers to open them.
• Push the drawers back in until they are flush with the bed frame to close them.
• Avoid overloading the drawers to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage.

Using the Climbing Ladder

• Always use the ladder to access the loft bed. Do not climb on other parts of the bed frame.
• Ensure the ladder is stable before climbing.
• Supervise young children when using the ladder.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the bed frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
• Hardware Check: Periodically (e.g., every 3 months) check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Wood Care: The bed is made of Plywood+MDF+Pinewood with a lacquered finish. Protect from extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.
• Mattress Care: Follow the manufacturer's instructions for mattress care. Ensure mattresses fit within the recommended thickness of 4''-6''.
